We are not built around a real estate brokerage business so we do not operate in that manner.
We are not a portfolio manager driven company but use a small team approach so you get personal service that does not suffer when someone is out for vacation or illness. Each team has a specialist in leasing, maintenance, turns etc rather than a portfolio manager that tries to be a specialist in everything.
We specialize. Many residential property managers also manage commercial, retail, farm, large apartment buildings and Home Owner Associations. We do not do any of that...we only manage single or small multifamily residential property.
