The Tenant must provide written notice of 30-days to terminate the lease agreement. If Tenant fails to provide proper notice, Landlord may recover all actual damages incurred, which may include rental loss due to Landlord not being able to market the unit prior to the end of the fixed term. If the tenant terminates the lease before the expiration date, whether voluntary or through actions resulting in eviction, a lease-breaking fee of one and one-half months’ rent will be due upon notice given. After receiving written notice, the property will be advertised for rent. Holland Properties, Inc. reserves the right to show your unit with at least 24 hours' notice with a representative always present during any showings.
