To further this mission, the Landsby Community Fund non-profit organization has been created. Its mission is to support vetted charities that work tirelessly for noble causes.

To empower communities by enabling the financial support of different charities dedicated to providing housing, education, mental health, and family safety resources.
VISION
To become a leading supporter of housing and related resources in the communities we operate, by generating fundraising opportunities that make a huge impact on families.
NICHE
We have the unique opportunity to collaborate with tenants in the Portland metro area and property owners around the world; together we can support charities in a big way!

You can help with the mission to provide much-needed resources to these deserving charities, enabling them to continue their vital work and positive impact into the lives of countless individuals in need.
Beginning March 2024, there will be a $3 monthly charge per property reflected on your owner statement. Your support will go a long way toward housing programs, mental health, suicide prevention, anti-human trafficking efforts, education, family safety and other vital causes.
