Accounting Assistant - Hillsboro, OR


We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to provide support to the Accounting Team.

The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment and can embrace a challenge head on with confidence, a calm sense of urgency, and a positive attitude.

You must be highly detail-oriented, have strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently, take initiative and practice consistent and timely follow-through.

You must have high integrity and be able to handle confidential information appropriately.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning, organizational and time management skills.




Resident Services Coordinator - Hillsboro, OR or remote


A Resident Services Coordinator, assigned to help current residents, supports the Pod Leader in the daily operations of a property management portfolio by the following: implementing the approved management plan, performing administrative tasks, performing rent increases and lease renewals, assessing lease violations, and building positive relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.


Successful Resident Services Coordinator should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail, and be able to create synergy in their pod by working as a team.




Maintenance  Coordinator - Hillsboro, OR or remote


Maintenance Coordinators, assigned to Maintenance, support the Pod Leader in the daily operations of a property management portfolio by implementing the approved management plan, performing administrative tasks, overseeing required maintenance upon notice from owners or tenants, and building positive relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.


Successful Maintenance Coordinators should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail, and be able to create synergy in their pod by working as a team.
